CEO at Fastly
Artur Bergman hates slow. On any given day you could find Artur hacking the innards of Varnish, tweaking the last bits of performance out of Linux, or blasting down a ski slope. Anything to make Fastly faster. Prior to founding Fastly he scaled Wikia\'s 400,000 wikis as CTO and previously lead teams at Six Apart, LiveJournal, Canon Europe and built several realtime financial systems. He was a core contributor to the perl language, as well as participating in patches to various projects and one of the co-founders of the Velocity conference.
